We are deliberately narrow. Everything below is work our consultants have done for fifteen years or more — not a service line we added last quarter.
Data & analytics engineering
ETL and pipeline work, dimensional modelling, data warehouse builds, and the unglamorous reconciliation that makes a number defensible when finance and operations disagree.
Technology staffing
Contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement. BI and data engineers, ServiceNow and ITSM specialists, and platform consultants — sourced from a bench we know personally, not a resume database.
THE BI PRACTICE
Most migrations fail on the model, not the visuals.
Rebuilding dashboards is the easy half. What breaks a migration is arriving in Power BI with the same undocumented logic, duplicated measures and ambiguous column names the old platform accumulated over a decade.
That matters more now than it used to. Copilot in Power BI, Tableau Pulse, and every natural-language layer being bolted onto these platforms read your data model as their source of truth. A messy model does not just produce a slow report — it produces a confident wrong answer.
We treat the model as the deliverable and the reports as what falls out of it.

A short paid assessment, or a free call if the shape of the work is already clear. If we are not the right firm we will say so on that call.

Model, pipeline and governance before dashboards. This is the part most vendors skip because it does not demo well.

Build and reconcile
Deliver in increments you can check. Every number gets tied back to a source you already trust before we call it done.

Hand over properly
Documentation, naming standards and a working session with your team. The goal is that you do not need us for routine changes.
